strategic transactions part 2

strategic transactions part 2

Let;s clear up certain misconceptions ( or should i say lies - hey Isaloser, please charge me in the law of court, by the way, Palladin is also invited). Palladin through stock manipulation brought the stock (ISA) to 10 cent level back 3 years ago and then boought in at 15 cent level, a while later on they sold the same shares to ILJIN at 26 cents ( these informations were given by Palladin and ISA). Therefore Palladin made pile of money out of ISA on the top of that they keep on holding rights to bunch of patents and patent applications from ISA. For anybody interested with Palladin's business practices , please use their web site and please check the way Palladni  assumed the ownership of Labopharm, or the way they tried to assume ownership of Afexa. Palladin is run by shrewd businesman, I could only wish to be smart as that man. Anyway, Peter Wijngaard formerly of Roche ( in charge of "global alliances" for Roche), presentlychief kahuna of Vifor ( arm of another giant from Swiss, Galenica) assumed position as a chairman of board in believe it or not little, canadian company ,guess wchich one , hmhmhmh would that be Isotechnica? Well, at the same time Robert Foster was relegated to the position of a chief scientist. Frankly , I wouldn't consider Robert Foster as a businessman, however I think he is damn good scientist. Now, Peter Wijngaard I do have this man in high regard, I don't know him personally , but I did my dd on him and I'm impressed. Amazingly, Daniel Park of ILJIN  resigned as a Chief Business oficer ( still retained the seat on the board as a director) promising during last board meeting citation " increasing level of control of the company ( Isotechnica) by ILJIN". Well, well , well..., doesn't sound this like a stage is set for some sort of strategic transaction? Please, check the websited all of the c ompanies that  I refer to. I did my due in dilligence and I challenge some other posters to do the same. Hahahahaha. OK, There is that date Jan/28/2012 supposedly ILJIN or should I say by previous agreement ILJIN should increase ownershipd of of the company ( ISA) up to about 40%. Now, the Vifor boss of the bosses runs the Isotechnica, ILJIN chief promises increasing ownership of |ISA by ILJIN and at the same time Great Wizard of OZZ keeps the share prices at bay, Pretty much the same way before Palladin took the control of ISA 3 years ago. Suddenly, ISA mumbles something about confidentiality and possible strategical transactions, hmhmhmhm, I smell blood and money. Disclosure, I do own ISA. Cheers.
