The loan is secured by the coal facility RDA purchased.  With respect to the mine, I agree, it's not looking good.  That being said, likely it has some value and SND, as a result of the clause in the agreement stipulating a guaranteed payback within 5 years, would be entitled to some recovery of capital.  In fact they may be first in line before vendors, which would be nice.
