The Fund To be successful in meeting its investment objective during the period, HNUs net asset value should have gained up to two times as much on a given day, on a percentage basis, as its Underlying Index rose on that given day. Conversely, HNUs net asset value should have lost up to two times as much on a given day, on a percentage basis, as its Underlying Index declined on that given day.

Environmental groups rally for "fracking" bills

Numerous health and environmental groups are calling for a legislative ban on hydraulic fracturing of natural gas wells, saying no amount of regulation can adequately safeguard water supplies from contamination.

The groups are planning a rally at 11 a.m. in the Legislative Office Building next to the Capitol.
