onereality - YLO employee stock purchase program

>If they are cutting basic benefits like the employee education program, then you know the numbers are not good or are heading there fast. There is no other explanation for cancelling programs that bring in, retain and grow quality staff. I expect in light of this , you will be hearing some not so nice news on the bigger cash drain front in the not to distant future. If they have become a miser on the pennies, then the dollars are most definitely on the agenda.<

Assumptions.

There's also the explanation that they are finally adjusting to the fact that they are now functioning in a competitive environment rather than a quasi-monopolistic environment. Could be the welcome beginnings of a change from their corporate culture of entitlement.

Some people on this board have been calling for such changes for years. Tellier appears to be finally waking up and smelling the coffee.

BTW, it should be "not TOO distant future"
