RE: IPO? info on inital price offering? thanks to all that replied. obvious statement here but until its absolutely clear on the exchange INT chooses and at what price the intial ORTS will be set at its a total guessing game where the INT price should be at this point.
If they go TSX and its offered at .25 ...then buying say 10,000 INT at 60cents for $6k here means you make $750 in ORTS stock....IMO this makes no sense when your $6k would by you approx 24,000 shares of ORTS outright at .25 cents
OR if they open ORTS at $5 those same $6k(10k stock) in INT just earned you $5 x 3000ORTS = $15,000 ...which in this scenario to me it makes complete sense to buy INT all the way up to atleast $1.50 because your 10,000 shares of INT is a wash at the dividend = $15,000 also.
NOW there was a comment from bugoff regarding a $10 min for a particular exchange, this where it gets ridiculous in a good way at these prices $6k(10,000 INT) = 3000 ORTS x $10 = $30,000. So by simple defaullt the market should want to buy as much INT atleast all the way upto $3/share as possible becuase your outlay of $30k on INT(10,000 shares @ $3) is a total wash at the dividend of 3000ORTS x 10bucks = $30,000.
its abundantly clear the 30% divdend is merely the jest of the play but the real story or run on the INt stock is going to be the setting of that IPO price...PERIOD!
