RE: "Insufficient information" ROTFL >When she came back she said (paraphrase) "she is satisfied that their is insufficient information in the marketplace and that the OSC is devoting enough resources to conclude its investigation " and so she agreed to the extension.<
Sounds like a game of judicial CHARADES; the OSC pretends to be worried and the judge, posing as the defender of shareholders' right to know, pretends to be convinced.
So how did little, "independent" Carson Block get SO MUCH CONVINCING INFORMATION, (enough to destroy the company and convince all the media talking heads at BNN that he, Carson, is actually performing a service to investors),
but the highly paid and highly funded PROFESSIONALS can't get their acts together. "WE'VE TRIED AND WE'VE TRIED, BUT WE JUST HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO FIND THE INFORMATION."
"I fear there is much more here than meets the eye" said the all-seeing eye.
