The laws of international free trade are clear. They are generally pretty fair... arguments arise all the time but deals are also hashed out. Did you even read what I wrote explaining the fault in your argument? So what that Falconbridge was bought by a foreign entity. We still get taxes jobs etc. from them, and meanwhile Canadian companies are taking more than their share of foreign properties.
As far ad the IMF goes, you can't possibly be serious. Trying to link the IMF to public and private companies is disingenuous. Besides, it's a LOAN... meaning we make interest, and it's also in our best interests to help our trading partners stay afloat. That is a whole different topic than mineral rights and shady penny stock deals!
