Oncolytics Biotech Inc. is a clinical-stage biotechnology company. The Company is focused on developing pelareorep, an intravenously delivered immunotherapeutic agent that activates the innate and adaptive immune systems and weakens tumor defense mechanisms. I understand that cash is paramount to a still developing biotech. That being said, someone please answer the following question: the big boys are happy getting shares at a very low price, the executives are happy getting options at a very low price and quite high compensation packages, what do the shareholders get?

If Paradigm et.al. feel that there is value in the shares of this company, why are we selling them at fire sale prices?
