RE: RE: Rocket stock................ I sold my entire position last March between .47-.53 cents. Over the last six months i have bought back in at an average cost of .25 cents. Here are some of the reasons why i have bought back heavily into Energizer. Six months back Energizer received approval to list on the Toronto stock exchange, but to do this the company had to let Richard Quesnel ( past president of Consolidated Thompson, which sold in 2011 for 4.9 billion US dollars) go from their board of directors as he was convicted of insider trading dating back to 2006. Quesnel joined Energizers board in early 2011 after Brian Tobin (interim president, Consolidated Thompson) gave up his position on Energizer's board to Quesnel. So i have to think to myself, there must be a very good reason for the Toronto listing as Quesnel would have remained as a board member if Energizer remained on the venture exchange. I've heard that both Tobin and Quesnel are heavily involved behind the scenes at this time. So that leaves me thinking that businessmen of this level do not waste time with mickey mouse juniors unless they see great calculated potential. If you go back over Energizer's past news history, you'll see that the Balloch Group was hired to find a strategic partner. I am thinking there is a strong possiblity that this has being achieved. My contact who introduced Energizer to me 3 years ago was invited to Madagascar in Dec, he shared photo's of his trip with me which included photos of large areas of surface graphite. Graphite is many times more in demand then vanadium at this time ( China plans to have 15% of all cars built in China to be non-fossil fueled by 2015 So vanadium could become very desireable at that point as Audi already has a vehicle that is powered through lithium/vanadium battery that traveled 600 kms on a single charge as well windmills and solar panels are great at producing power, but they need ways of storing energy, which brings vanadium into play). Graphite is used from anything from nano products (large flake which Energizer claims to have) to 1 1/2 tons of graphite per 747 airplane built as well as many other applications, . Other reasons i have for being very bullish on this company are that another 43-101 is under way. Feasibility study has probably being completed. A synergy plan has being in the works with a producing mine 25km down the road from Energizer's Green Giant property which has a rail and shipping system in place. A couple of issues i don't like are some of the government issues of past, (government seems very happy to work with Energizer at this time, fingers crossed) and the sudden departure of Julie lee Harrs. I am very bullish at this time believing Energizer's news will start flowing as from watching trading patterns of past, Energizer tends to save news up and then let it out, bang bang, bang bang.
Good luck to all,
