You might get your fill if you happen to be at the head of the queue, RBC doesn't do a replay and someone else sells down. SHP is trading back at 0.25 so that support has been reestablished and there has been a 0.030 buy since then so your odds are slim. All this is subject to change of course because I don't have a crystal ball :-)
