Didn't he say this last time? You quoted him as saying no financing under $1 or something like that as I recall but then he did a 20% dilution and had to reduce the offer price by 7% from that first announced - right?

They have cash to hold out until May so maybe they will but never ever trust management of a junior about financing - this is what pays their salary and I can promise you that this comes first and foremost.
