You lost me with exit rate at 6000, 4000 and 7950 but I do understand that you are factoring in decline,  which I think historically shows 44% over the first half year.  That is significant and lessens the cash flow for initial rates.  In the long run however, it seems each well can add 100 bopd over the first year.  The decline factor is the great enemy and the reason for my skeptism.

 

Terrific post though nlr2,  a pleasure to read something other than daytrader hype.
