RE: BOLD PREDICTION

RE: BOLD PREDICTION

Wow Sultan, interesting and very bold prediction you got there indeed. I have been following Brookfield not with the renewables area, but their property and real estate funds, and Brookfield, unlike AQN, is a solid company, excellent books, and I believe, would be a serious contender to 'attempt' to takeover WND. Surprisingly, I believe someone has been secretly accumulating in the background with the little volume as of late. $3.25 with the tax credits accounted for is definitely something that management would have to take into serious consideration.

The Brooksfield issuance is for about $300M. WND's market cap is currently $112M plus the $100M or so of credits, would put us at about $212M at the current SP. With foward earnings accounted for, we should be sitting at around ~$180M plus the $100M in credits, which would be just shy of $300M. Perhaps we are the missing piece to their puzzle? Who knows, but good eye!
