I don't like the sound of that Lux, does not seem on up and up. Can't hurt to advise the BCSC/ASC and have them check into this. That just creates further dilution, they would surely have enough stock to manipualte the share price  Not sitting well with me! Curious how they calcalute the price? 10 day weighted? How do they do it? Going to make a call...
