I spoke to Jason last week and we went over this nasty $15mm @12%. There is a cost for refinancing at a lower rate that can run into the $100's of thousands. There is also an important element to this onerous loan in that there are no covenants....prepayment of principle is without penalty....that is the plan, to agressively pay down the principle from cash flow. A new raise is certainly going to come, but hopefully at a price well north of $1. Jason told me he would put this guidance out, very refreshing to see people do what they say they will.
