It should have been $252 US per Metric Ton - which converts to about $229 US per TON.
Regardless, my point was that China India and Brazil are expanding rapidly .......... and there are other Asian, South American, and South African countries that are beginning to do the same. (not to mention Japan which requires major rebuilding)
When (?) the US and Europe get their economies moving forward - the Global demand for STEEL (and MET COAL) will be huge. (IMO)
