I don't think it will be an IPO i cant see Mengi doing anything to hurt the performance of the stock here he has 135,000,000 shares he wants them to go up in value not down. that is the whole idea behind this concept is to raise more capital but don't dilute the share value.

 

they are working hard to turn around the mistakes of the past I beleve we will be rewarded.
