The simple fact is that if management needs to raise new capital, they have to sell shares, which means a dillution.
This is not the problem.
The problem is where has the money gone?

DLKM cannot keep on spending all its money and then try and raise capital when the share price is at its lowest.
This is stupidity in its purest form
