"Owner Mentality" refers to a very old tug of war on who should profit from a company. Should the profit go to the workers? To the investors (owners)? To management? Greenslade sold the company but stayed on as CEO. Mt Kellett bought almost 20% of the company. Now the struggle begins. Does Greenslade and daughter continue to take millions of stock options and high salaries. Or do we install a director who brings an "owner mentality" of ensuring more profit (higher share price, bigger dividends, etc) going to the owners (investors).
