The Company has title to an area of approximately 10,000 hectares (ha) in the Taraira North, Vaupes Province of Colombia and has focused its efforts on an area referred to as the Machado Project. The Company also holds a 100% interest in the Willow Creek property, located in the northern sierras of Nevada near Winnemucca, a 100% interest in the Damian property in the Cordillera region of Colombia, and owns 13.26% of DHK Diamonds Inc., a company exploring for diamonds in the DO27 region of the NorthWest Territories of Canada. The Damian property is located in the Damian area, province of Cauca, Colombia.

Talked to D Milburn today .

Said that pemits to him are very close and may be just days away in response to my inquiry about the sentence in his " Pres. Message " about daily contact with govt.

He also mentioned they had 3 law suits against the property and 2 have been dismissed . The 3rd is by a local who is working the deposit at this time following a high grade vein underground about 100 yds from Rojo Hill . Word is that he has recovered about 17 kilos of gold . His claim is that Cosigo is Harming the " Lungs of the Earth " by working the deposit . Meanwhile he is the guy using the dinamite right now .

He will be put off the property when the Permits come in .
