Tanzdevil - What would you suggest? Read over the last 10Q and you'll see almost $3,000,000 in exploration costs in the last quarter (I'm assuming its drilling ).

As far as the rest of the speculation goes, a South African exchange was suggested here for an added listing, now East African. Regardless, they'll have to put the entire asset (DLKM) into the dual listing. I probably have no problem with that, depending on the integrity of those exchanges (I haven't done any dd into African bourses). However, there are many, many scenarios for that kind of action, both good and very bad (see my comments about BNTNF).

As far as financing is concerned, I have never seen an equity financing that wasn't dilutive. I don't think they'd take on straight debt. The one possibility, as Yukon alluded to, is Mengi giving up IPP or personal shares for cash. But, why would he do that (it would take about 13% of the company out of his hands), and why would anyone pay him .40 when they can buy it in the market for a dime? Unless there are a couple of monster holes that will be revealed at Indaba that skyrocket the price LOL.

For sure, we have a watercooler rumor with no facts or plausible explanations, so our only option is to wait and see.
