I believe you missed my point.

My point being who would buy into a company that isn't going to make a profit for 3 more years.

And WHAT President in his right mind openly confesses to it??

No one of course unless you want to keep the price low on purpose.

Helps insiders and makes a buyout a whole lot cheaper!
