The fact that the PP is set to close Jan. 31, the process of getting on the TSX has been started, and most importatantly, management has a draft of the AMEC report already would make me weary about trying to time my entry into this.  Gold is going strong.  MGD appears to be on the cusp of breaking out.  If you wait too long, you could miss out on the early gains.  Just my opinion...
