OK, the exchange is irrelevant. The mechanism of who, what, and how much goes to that exchange is what's important. If it is the subsidiary, which we currently own 100% of, and where ALL of our assets are currently living, then it WILL be dilutive because you're issuing new stock which will NOT be owned by DLKM.
