Hey Liquid,

Good question, its one I have a hard time figuring out. UZZ has strong, reliable sales, is turning a profit, cash flow is improving etc. Why no one wants some of this action? I dont know.

What I do know is that the amount of retailers who own stock is few and far between. In the one time I emailed Fredy he did not respond. Someone else I know who owns stock has got some responses from him, but they are also, few and far between. Overall this company does not promote itself to investors. Fredy needs to approach a small research firm, as well, hire an IR firm to get the name out there. If we spend 200k annually promoting our COMPANY, it would be money well spent.

Sig being on the board I do not think is a problem. Fredy is putting up guarantees and really assuming the role of a man in charge. Too bad he couldnt buy more, or generate more interest.

Just my two bits, but overall the company needs some exposure. Think of the headline "CEO buys (im guessing) over 1 MM shares in one year, holds XX% of the company"

Too bad no one would be there to read that...
