Nothing is on deck? I would say : nobody is on deck, no captain or management. Notice that the whole management and directors  resides in Canada. Starting the company they decided to adopt a rather obscure business model called the completely hands off  model. It is in the interest of the company, the shareholders - and also the insiders themselfs - that we get a hands on managementteam who not only promise but deliver according the mission statement.
