16 million/76 million = .21 cents
Then you take the properties
Take away the goodchild and you should conservitavley add .10 in propertey value (Which I believe is a joke) but we wanna stay on the safe side.
Add .21 and .10 and u get .31
.31 plus .33 and you should have .64 cents.
oddly enough if you leave everything the way it is without a split. 42 million/76 million = .55 add .10 for the properties and you get .65 so my math is not off I believe.
