RE: 3 new Ontario dealers today....eom

I probably have an idea what most are thinking. 3 dealerships sign-up, which is encouraging, now there's 85.... but there are tens of thousands of auto dealerships and retail service centres out there.

But I'm confident the sign-ups will gain momentum this year. The pace of sign-up will have to increase. Futura and its partners (Aeroplan/Points International) saw the magnitude of the marketplace out there. It would seem logical, that there should be a plan of action for quicker sign-ups. Each dealership has to visited in person, but I wonder if there a pre-visit process in place where relevant information is sent to Futura ahead of time to get things started.

In the US, I don't know if any dealerships had their loyalty programs launched yet. There's no website for that yet. Maybe revenues are already being earned. Awaiting the update for the US operations.

On February 15th, WD Co-Auto will start promoting to western Canadian dealerships. In absence of news, we can hope things are moving along well. I'm sure Futura is not going at it alone. There are consultants providing advice on the best coarses of action. It should all work out.
