The company is now delivering far above reasonable expectations. Yeah its too bad gas prices are shitty, but being THE LOWEST COST DRILLER in their main plays combined with rising cash flow and axl hould at least hit last years highs. The lack of dilution has been pretty impressive while the ramp up in oil production has been spectacular.
If they continue to deliver the same results we will get a price boost, if we can get some recognition for the growing oil production, another boost. Perhaps a slight premium for the cost control, growing cash flow will reduce the debt/cash flow number.
Voila we wind up with a higher multiple on a higher underlying cashflow figure. seriously 1.50 is a no brainer.
