I hope that what Stephen Dean has in mind is using another company in which he has influence to take over Spur at cash per share value, so that he and the rest of us can sell our shares at that price. I would hate to see a merger in which we get less than cash per share. Alternatively, although I imagine it will likely not happen, he could have some new business enterprise for Spur acting alone in mind, i.e., one that does not involve Spur being taken over in a merger.

I sure hope that it is not the reverse, i.e., Spur taking over or merging into itself some company where we, the retail shareholders, don't get our shares bought out for at least cash value.
