nothing to happen today

nothing to happen today

It has only been a week since the announcement of a takeover offer, we are not even sure if there was a defined bid.  While I do think the company will announce something shortly I do not think there is a high chance of a NR today.  Ongoing discussions and DD takes sometime, especially with Ithaca, a company with many different active and pending fields.  So dont expect a NR todya, but by next Monday shareholders should be informed of the status of the discussions.

Question is how will the stock behave in this limbo.  I see a solid base in the 2.70s and could see the stock drift upwards to 3.  News on a sailing Athena would be well timed now.
