Open Forum = Open Debate between JL & SD Karen and I arrived in Utah and will enjoy a great visit during the Utah Legislature Sessions, which commenced last Monday. Many Utah politicians are tired of US Senator Orrin Hatch and his close relationship with ABX. Senator Hatch is running for re-election. Retired FBI Supervisor Dennis O. Williams wrote an excellent book against Senator Hatch in December, 2009, exposing how this Senator operates in Washington DC, especially during the past several years with Bush Sr., Clinton, and Bush Jr. Brent Johnson met Dennis O. Williams on his way to the airport to fly back to Seattle in June, 2011. I am sure the FBI will listen to his "findings" about the Kanco SH relationship with Jorge and Brent! So will many other US entities/parties.

Until there's legal action filed between Jorge Lopehandia and the Kanco SHs an open chat board debate will be fun. Jorge did his ranting between 2002-2004 and the evidence was presented to an Ontario Court of Appeals and because Jorge didn't defend himself, the court concluded that he wanted to destroy ABX's mining operations all over the world through a Canadian Chat Board.
Jorge Lopehandia claims ABX paid LAC Minerals $1.7 Billion because of the Mina Pascua property. What a joke and a deliberate lie to the general public.
LAC Minerals owned the El Indio Gold Mine, just 30 miles from the Pascua area. I should know. I have all the annual reports of LAC and ABX back in 1993-1996 because I was a ABX Stockholder and receiving all financial reports.
What is MWR getting by paying Jorge Lopehandia $1.8 Billion for 50% of the Mina Pascua property? A lot a head aches while Jorge enjoys a life of leasure.
LAC Minerals also had operating mines in many countries. It was an excellent deal for ABX to pay the price of $1.7 Billion for all the assets of LAC. The annual reports cited the Pascua Claims, but that millions would have to be invested by ABX to get it into production. This is the information Jorge Lopehandia had in his possession when he commenced to stake his claims in 1995. Jorge wanted revenge on St. Joe Gold of Tucson, AZ, but they no longer existed!
Jorge Lopehandia told me exactly how he did this back in 2002 after I wired $10,000.00 to Chile. He constantly solicited money for his personal use between 2003-2004 until after my trip to South America and I obtained copies of the Florida criminal records against his partner, Mr. Eneias (working for the President of Brazil) to get the Mina Pascua property.
Kanco SHs sued Kanco SH H. B. Layne Contractors, Inc. because or circumvention. Roger Jeppson, Fitzgerald's Nevada attorney defended H. B. Layne Contractors, Inc. Through DISCOVERY in Tucson, we'll obtain copies of all communications between Roger Jeppson and Mike Fitzgerald during the 90s, long before Marisa Fitzgerald signed a Premarital Agreement on February 11, 1998. Oh yeah, Fitzgerald served as an MWR Board Member until 1998 and worked with Tom Jackholm and Brent Johnson while Kanco SHs were suing other Kanco SHs.
