The PP...significant! News release:
"a non-brokered private placement of 10,000,000 units at a price of
.05 per unit with one investor."
One investor? No one takes $500,000 to buy 10% of a company unless they know something! Besides, I think the one investor could a be a company, not an individual. Strategic buying by a company perhaps? If it is a company, one would be crazy not to buy this stock like mad. It would be telling us that some corporation wants a piece of the action here, and they take NCM seriously. Unfortunately, we have to wait to find out if that's the case.
All that land we have near TRR and PKL has got to be worth more than this stock is trading for now. It borders on ridiculously inexpensive, especially considering all the good drilling our neighbors have had to date.
If it's an individual, that's still good, but a company is much better. I'd put it in this order:
1. Individual - Good
2. Investment Company - Better
3. A Neighboring Company with drills on the ground - Best
Good luck to all,
x
