my premise is that, I think, wrk.un will appreciate in shareprice as the deal approaches the closing date. I'm guessing a shareprice of 16.15+.  Even if dundee's shareprice stays at current levels (down or up a bit), I still think wrk's shareprice will move much closer to the cash offer price.  In one response you say "That is a ridiculous statement" yet in your next response you say that wrk.un is trading at a discount to the dundee offer.

 

why dont you give your opinion what will happen as the closing date approaches rather than continue to complain about the great unwashed.
