Accumulation on SPE It must be frustrating the heck out of you Blue. CIVC isn't directly following what's happening with SPE and that's because those holding CIVC stock have a better grasp of what's going on than you do.

Buy at 0.03 if you can Blue. Get on the train before it leaves the station or hop on the back of a shark or just sit on someones coat tails and let them do all the work LOL.
