So, here is the big Q. If INT will only hold , say 40-50%, stake in Ortsbo, and realistically speaking they have nothing else that comes even close to Ortsbo, would not sell ALL your holdings in INT and buy in Ortsbo instead? 

We would still be looking at the same volatility and risk. The one difference is that INT will not rocket up as high as Ortsbo because investors know we're talking about different teams, people and management.

If Ortsbo catches fire and becomes a facekoo must have accessory, we could easily this stock mulitply by 10000% on such announcement. INT on the other hand, will benifit in the short run, but wont tag along for ever.

So . . should we just ride the Ortsbo train when the spin off is done ? ? ?
