RE: I emailed Farhad

RE: I emailed Farhad

I think Farhad is in the quiet period until later this week.  Nobody likes dilution...but it is much worse when the burn rate is the reason...this may be for funds needed to buy long term lead items...or taking care of friends needed for the future.

In the end, the largest issue facing juniors is financing and the potential suitors know it.  If we can't get the entire project financed, we will get small portion of what we expect.  If we are financed, the study comes back positive and the resources are significantly increased due to the drilling, we win.

Based on some comments in Farhad's emails to others, I think we may be taken out, but on our terms.  So in the end, who cares about dilution if it is for the right reason.  Dundee expects 374M shares in the end, I'll take that if the market cap is 1.5B+ when we mine.  It is hard to know what they are thinking, but without financing the project, we lose.

I want the share price higher, but I have time and understand we are 33-35 months from mining.  I can wait that long for $.  I still think buy out, but well under $10.  This is gambling with DD supporting your mindset..

My best,

John
