I guess what differentiates our views is that you think the market will automatically take for granted the maximum aggregate cash amount of the offer will be reached.  Maybe it will be.  I dont know.  But I'm not so certain the market will make this assumption.  So whether the shareprice moves up from here, as the closing date approaches,  on the possibility of receiving the full offer in cash, or if it moves up from here as a result of dundee's shares appreciating, its all the same to me, I think its up from here.  The possibility of Dundee's shareprice falling enough that the market gets nervous about receiving substantially less than the $16.25 if the maximum aggregate cash amount does get hit is minimal, in my view.

 

I could be wrong but this is how I am playing wrk.un. I may hold for another div payment or if we approach 16.10 - 16.15 I may sell all or a little of my position as other opportunities present themselves.
