Jorge signed an Agreement with me in 2003. Consideration was paid. This action between me, Karen Davis (Kanco SH) and Jorge Lopehandia clouds his "clear title" he is now claiming, constantly, on iHub. That's why Jorge won't debate with me. This Agreement happened between the dates he just stated in iHub, attempting to defend his clear title since 2001. Clyde Davis, Phelps Dodge, former BYU President Jeffrey Holland dealt with Jorge between 2003-2005 and couldn't get Jorge to prove title.
On April 15, 2006 Clyde Davis dies in Provo, after being a VOLUNTEER, for the LDS Foundation/Deseret Management Corporation since October, 2001. So right after Jorge obtained an "injunction" on June 5, 2001 Jorge required the professional services of Clyde Davis and his Committee for the Mormon Church to do business with him.
I had nothing to do with Clyde's VOLUNTEER services with this former employer (September, 1964-May, 1988 - retired at 65 years old and very up set with Dallin Oaks and his non-support with Phelps Dodge's Arizona Copper Claims donated through Clyde Davis).
Brent Johnson, in 2010, saw all the power and reputation of Clyde Davis in the US because his employment between 1964-1988 getting people to donate mining claims for TAX PURPOSES. Mike Fitzgerald did deliberate tax evasion to NOT PAY TAXES BASED ON HIS RESIDENCE BETWEEN WASHINGTON AND VANCOUVER, between 1970 - 1998 when he bought a home in Tucson, AZ (former employer Kerr-McGee).
Why did Jorge force Brent Johnson & cronies to agree to a $1.8 Billion purchase price for 50%? Because that's the exact price tag Brent Johnson claims is owed MWR between Henry Ranspot and Mike Fitzgerald in the recently filed Civil Rico Case in Tucson, AZ. The plot thickens because Brent Johnson is STONE SILENT because of our Answer to their Motion to Dismiss..........with the MWR complaint attached, proving that I did business with Mike Fitzgerald between 1965-1969, before Cober Exploration Ltd (MWR) ever existed.

March 04, 2001 Civil Trial commences in Chile.
June 05, 2001 Injunction over TESOROS is granted (later extended to AMARILLOS 1-3000 UTM areas)
* Injunction is valid to date and ABX is trading the crime v. MWR.
YEARS OF WORKING WITH THE DAVIS' (Steve Davis, totally independent from Clyde's Employer) and (Clyde working only as a VOLUNTEER with ABX, Newmont, Phelps Dodge, Royal Gold, others) as paid executives getting everything from Clyde's knowledge......Clyde confesses to Kanco SHs about this total fraud by his former employer through an Affidavit signed and notarized on March 21, 2006, five weeks before his death!
With Clyde dead, Jorge gets a judgement in Chile!!!!!!!! But he still has a signed contract with me and Karen Davis (Kanco SHs), binding on the Mina Pascua Mine. See you in Court , Jorge!
June 19, 2006 Valid judgement went the way of Jorge Lopehandia's legal team not Barrick.
2007 Barrick appealed looking to disbar the Judge Maria Isabel Reyes Kokich and do away with injunction (MPP) C-1912-2001.
