Mr. Paul Shatzko reports
TRIJET MINING TO COMMENCE PHASE III AT LETOURNEUR
Trijet Mining Corp. is set to commence drilling Phase III of the Company's 100% owned Letourneur gold project located in the Abitibi region of southwestern Quebec, 41 km north of Rouyn-Noranda; the project is 16 km due north of the La Fayolle property of Exploration Typhoon.
Drilling will be centered mainly in the areas of diamond drill holes 10 and 11 that were previously drilled in the summer and fall of 2010; drilling is expected to commence in early February 2012. This year's drill campaign will test the possible extension of mineralization discovered previously and included the following values:
DDH LE 2010-11 intersected at shallow depth:
16 meters of 1.3 g/t Au (from 17.2-33.2meters),
4.2 m of 4.7 g/t Au (from17.2-21.4 meters),
.75 m of 18.5 g/t Au (from 20.7 m to 21.4 meters), and
DDH LE 2010-10 intersected high grade gold at shallow depth
.70 meter of 45.6 g/t (from 41 m to 41.7 meters).
The Company news release of September 28, 2010 stated: "The high grade gold intersected in holes 10 & 11 and the intersected gold mineralization in holes 12 & 14 at a spaced interval of 900 meters along the main fault zone indicated that the gold mineralization may be considerably more extensive than previous information suggested."
Alphonse Rare Earth Update
The Company has contracted the services of Geophysics GPR International Inc. to fly a Helicopter-Borne Geophysical Survey of the Alphonse property 125 km. north of Sept Iles, Quebec. In a news release on November 16, 2011 the Company announced it had acquired an option to earn a 100% interest in the Alphonse project.
The Alphonse property is a collection of claim blocks surrounding and in close proximity to the Focus Metals-Soquem "Kwyjibo" project, where recent reanalysis of historical drilling has confirmed the presence of iron ore-copper-gold and rare earth minerals. The IOCG type mineralization is located within a 40 x 15 km area that includes the Alphonse property.
The survey commencement will be determined by weather conditions in the area and should take 2.5 days to complete; it is hoped the survey will be completed by February 15, 2012.
