AAA and FED

AAA and FED

Hi xxxxxxxx,

There wouldn't be any reason to talk to AAA regarding financing, the have nothing to do with us at all. We'll likely raise money sometime in the next couple months, but obviously don't want to do it at these levels.

The drilling is going very well and hopefully the market will improve in the next little while.

We're almost done drilling the southwest corner at which point we will drill Colluli, we're only going to a depth of 100m at Colluli, so the drill program will not be expensive.

Our intention is protect the share structure and therefor the shareholders, we will only do a small raise, when we need to do one.

We have been approached by a number of investment banks that want to lead 10-30 million dollar raises for us, but we are not interested in destroying the share structure just to have money sit there.

I don't expect any new options to be issued in conjunction with the financing.

Thanks
Adam
