Who knows anymore what SP will be decided. But i do think the combined Merger and a Consolidated Company, and the Potential of that Merged Co's Sp is a definate factor in whatever the Hell is going on now behind the scenes. This GD stock has been a Buck forever. Personally, i feel thats a large degree b/c the Market absolutely Hates this Company, and has lost any and all confidence in it. Been just tooooo long, and anyone who knows it dislikes Chet as well. I think thats a big factor in the Low sp. I have heard that many Brokers are as tired  as we are of Ole..... If it wasnt for Mackie Reports, we wouldnt  know much abt our Investment.....  that being said, they could be a big time winner as a Consolidated Co, and the Next SP could hit some pretty high #'s. And i eblieve thats what Chets Betting/negotiating on. The Next Sp of the Merged Co.........   i also dont know wahts taking soo long.
