Now let's hope that Luxor finds the guys running the show to be as competent as those they hired to run the iron mine!

I think that especially for those who can’t tender (bought high) the best scenario would be if Luxor get tendered just tiny bit over 50% to just get control. That would allow them to get rid of useless barons that are like cancer, eating “shareholders’ body”. Luxor seems to be profit oriented organization (from some previous posters) that would benefit the rest of shareholders as long as they don’t get 2/3 of equity to become a predator. They wouldn’t allow multi million dollar corporate welfares that I think rotted this asset oriented miner. That is exactly what I watch this company for and plan to get in , if it happens.
