Looking for a more favorable agreement ? You've got to be kidding. 3 weeks ago Iljin wanted to give you almost $18 M by purchasing shares at a 70% premium to the actual share price.
That's not favorable to ISA?
It should have been Iljin terminating the agreement and looking for a more reasonable investment price.
If that deal wasn't good enough for ISA, I can't wait to see the new one they come up with.
