axe's 2009 agreement with Roche Bay

Is the 2009 Roche Bay agreement still current, or have

there been modifications or amendments made since then?

In other words "How much on paper; % wise  does AEI cur-

rently have in all the iron ore claims of the A,B,C and Tucktu

properties? This is getting confusing.....
