I noticed that as well.  Today I bought 100,000 shares at .105.  At the time I placed the order, there were only about 40,000 shares at the ask, so I thought I would have to wait for a while....not, the order was filled immediately.  Seems like someone has a truck-load to sell and willing to part at .105 but not .10.  I'm amazed at the heavy volume but zero movement. It can't stay like this forever, I agree that .10 is the bottom at it should bounce from here, particularly on positive earnings news.
