Idea for next INT satellite office....

How about a research & development satellite office in Waterloo, Ontario.  Since no one wants to work for what IMO is a sinking ship (Waterloo's tech giant), there needs to be someone to fill the void of retaining the most brilliant Waterloo Computer Engineering grads that want to stay in the neighborhood...

Just a random thought.
