It may have more to do with their employment contracts and the status of options when a change of control triggering event occurs ... but really, peanuts in comparison to their total positions, especially JM, who left a top position to come over and quarterback the development on the ground.  He will walk away with a big pile at the end of the day any way things shake out.    No measly $3 million net of his option cost is going to do the trick.

RF also triggered an options bank collar (buying offsetting puts and calls at the same time) on 13.5 million shares, there must have been a nice little skew in the market and he locked in a little cash for himself - so maybe Govinder gets a new bike on his birthday or the couches in the livingroom get recovered.

Meh.  RioT is going to replace a few people - you can't have multiple CEO's and CFO's.  They'd peck each other to death like roosters in a Mexican cock fighting ring.
