There is only one majority holder of over 10% in this stock, Capital Resource from Denver. According to Sedi they are staying put with their 36M shares.

There has been only ONE seller of shares in the last month.

This monkey on the offer has cleared close to 20M shares which is around 10% of the float. I see no disclosure of any type, which means this guy is in violation of Securities Law or he is getting short.

Either way I will be calling the regulators to investigate.

The fundamentals are as solid as ever. You are getting this mine at cost at these levels.
