Re : AME, Charity ? Gave Most Away ? Respectfully, and in regards: Ame by a couple of posters here, seems to be viewed as a charity, and one poster claimed " gave it all away... or most of it " . AME is not even close to giving " it " all away or even close to what was stated " most of it " , by any definition, so where does one get ? such intel .
These partners have just a narrow 2% split ( stated : gave it all away... or most of it ? is claimed ? )
And KGHM is bringing the Big $$$$$ backing for AME, for just a narrow 2% split and here's the Biggy ,
they are working together mutually and KGHM has stated publicly, they are well satified with AME, because
of their North American mining experience .
There's no worries from this investor, not at all .... and now, here's ( those verifiable ) facts below :
I would advise re-checking the math , or please do " post the proof " , otherwise .
From the AME website :
Overview
The Ajax property comprises eight Crown grants including the historic Ajax East and West pits. The property is 100% owned by KGHM Ajax Mining Inc., a joint venture company owned 51% by KGHM Polska Miedz S.A. (KGHM) and 49% by Abacus Mining & Exploration Corp (Abacus). The Ajax project site is located at the southern extremity of the boundaries of the City of Kamloops and southeast along an existing haul road from the Afton mill, shop facilities, tailings area, and water rights which Abacus purchased in 2005 from Teck-Cominco.
